Participation in the South Plains Association of Governments (SPAG) Executive Committee and Board of Directors Meeting:
City Council will attend and participate in discussion during the meeting of the SPAG Executive Committee and SPAG Board in which the Executive Committee and Board will consider the following matters:
The Executive Committee will consider approval of the minutes and ratification of the actions taken at the December 10, 2019 meeting.
The Executive Committee will review the Board of Director's agenda.

Interim Legislative update from Representative Ken King, House District 88.
The Board will consider a resolution authorizing the submittal of the FY 2020-2021 COG Application in the amount of $257,926 to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for Solid Waste Management Activities and Regional Planning.
The Board will hold a Public Comment period for the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) proposed rule revision for the Regional Review Committee.
