Resolution - Business Development: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to approve a Downtown Grant Program (Facade) expenditure of Market Lubbock, Inc., to be provided to SEWCO, Inc. dba Officewise, pursuant to Article IV, Section 5 of the Amended and Restated Bylaws of Market Lubbock Development Corporation.
Item Summary
SEWCO, Inc. dba Officewise, is replacing a building sign at their location at 1301 13th Street. This site is located within the Downtown Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District as designated by the City of Lubbock. 

The scope of the Facade Grant project includes the replacement of the existing sign for a total of $6,249 in expenses. The requested grant amount is $3,125. The Market Lubbock, Inc. Board of Directors approved the grant on November 20, 2019, and recommends approval by the City Council.
Fiscal Impact
The total cost of the Facade Grant project is $6,249, with $3,125 to be paid upon completion.
