7. 1.   Budget Amendment Ordinance 1st Reading - Finance: Consider Budget Ordinance Amendment 13, amending the FY 2019-20 Lubbock Power & Light Operating Budget and Capital Program; providing for filing; and providing for a savings clause.
 
7. 2.   Ordinance 1st Reading - Right-of-Way: Consider an ordinance abandoning and closing a 15-foot wide alley located in Blocks 3 and 4, East Side Addition, Lubbock County, Texas, 802 Martin Luther King Boulevard, and reserving a utility easement.

7. 9.   Ordinance 2nd Reading - Building Safety: Consider Ordinance No. 2020-O0017, amending Article 28.10 of the City of Lubbock Code of Ordinances, with regard to the adoption of the 2015 International Plumbing Code governing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems within buildings.
 
7. 10.   Ordinance 2nd Reading - Building Safety: Consider Ordinance No. 2020-O0018, amending Chapter 28 of the City of Lubbock Code of Ordinances, with regard to the adoption of the 2015 International Mechanical Code governing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems within buildings.
 
7. 11.   Ordinance 2nd Reading - Building Safety: Consider Ordinance No. 2020-O0019, amending Chapter 28 of the City of Lubbock Code of Ordinances with regard to the adoption of the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code governing the construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings, as well as the installation of lighting, mechanical, service water heating, and various energy-using systems.
 
7. 12.   Ordinance 2nd Reading - Building Safety: Consider Ordinance No. 2020-O0020, amending Article 28.12 of the City of Lubbock Code of Ordinances, with regard to the adoption of the 2014 National Electrical Code governing the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and systems within buildings and premises.
 
7. 13.   Resolution - Business Development: Consider a resolution accepting a Warranty Deed for certain real property granted to the City of Lubbock, by Betenbough Homes, LLC.
 
7. 14.   Resolution - Aviation: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 to Contract 13410, with Lee Lewis Construction, for a credit of funds not used in completing the Consolidated Rental Car Facility Project (CONRAC) at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport.
 
7. 15.   Resolution - Aviation: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Land Lease Agreement, with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), for the Outer Marker site and facility on Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport property.
 
7. 16.   Resolution - Communications and Marketing: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 14814, with MC&O, Inc., DBA the Owen Group, for advertising and marketing services.

7. 19.   Resolution - Police Department: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock and its Police Department, an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Dallas, for an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Grant.
 
7. 20.   Ordinance 2nd Reading - City Secretary: Consider Ordinance No. 2020-O0010, ordering the 2020 Regular Municipal Election of the City of Lubbock to be held May 2, 2020.
 
7. 21.   Ordinance 2nd Reading - Municipal Court: Consider Ordinance No. 2020-O0021, amending Section 1.07 of the City Code of Ordinances to give the Municipal Court Judge exclusive authority to appoint, supervise, and remove court personnel, in accordance with the City of Lubbock Employee Policy Manual.
