3:00 p.m. - Coffee with the Mayor convenes via video conference and teleconference. 

Pursuant to the Executive Orders of Governor Abbott, and other authority provided by the Texas Attorney
General, the City Council will meet via video and/or teleconference.

City Council will attend and participate in Coffee with the Mayor, in which the following will occur:
1.   Regular Agenda
1. 1.   Citizens can submit questions to be asked during Coffee with the Mayor to until Monday, February 15, 2021.

A discussion concerning the Lubbock economy, employment, core services, including but not limited to: utilities, water, wastewater, development and redevelopment, public safety, crime, streets and transportation, community services, facilities, infrastructure, parks and recreation, and other modes of delivery of governmental services; budgetary matters, and the operations, communications, programs, and personnel of the City of Lubbock. No action will be taken by the Lubbock City Council.
