NOTICE OF EMERGENCY SUPPLEMENT
TO THE MARCH 24th LUBBOCK CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
NOTICE is hereby given that the Agenda for the March 24, 2020 meeting of the governing body of the CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, is supplemented with the following emergency addition of agenda items to be considered, in accordance with Section 551.045 of the Texas Government Code, at 5:00 P.M. on the 24th day of March, 2020, at a special meeting place called City Hall, 1625 13th Street, Lubbock, Texas for the purpose of continuing and affirming the Mayor’s Declarations of Disaster regarding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) epidemic to include a declaration regarding public and private gatherings and postponing the May 2, 2020 General Election to the November 3, 2020 Uniform Election Date due to emergency or public necessity created by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic.
