7. 1.   Budget Amendment Ordinance 2nd Reading - Finance: Consider Budget Ordinance No. 2020-O0061, Amendment 24, amending the FY 2019-20 Budget for municipal purposes respecting the Lubbock Business Park Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Operating Budget and the Capital Fund to establish Capital Improvement Project 92671, Ivory Avenue; providing for filing; and providing for a savings clause.
 
7. 1. 1.   Resolution - Business Development: Consider a resolution authorizing the City Council to approve Public Infrastructure Funding Agreement, Contract No.15342, between the City of Lubbock and the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance (LEDA), upon recommendation by the Lubbock Business Park Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Reinvestment Zone Board of Directors, for the construction of Ivory Avenue in the Lubbock Business Park.
