Consider an ordinance abandoning and closing a portion of an underground utility easement located in the southeast corner of Tract A, South Plains Addition, Lubbock County, Texas, 6210 Slide Road.
This ordinance abandons and closes a portion of an underground utility easement located near the southeast corner of Tract A, South Plains Addition, and adjacent to the former Firestone Complete Auto Care building. The closure is needed for the development of future Restaurant Pads. This property will be re-platted and a new underground utility easement will be dedicated to the City of Lubbock.
All City departments and franchise utility companies are in agreement with the closure.
