Note: On occasion the City Council may consider agenda items out of order.

Pursuant to the Executive Orders of Governor Abbott, and other authority provided by the Texas Attorney General, the City Council will convene in-person and via video and/or teleconference.

 
5:30 p.m. - City Council convenes in City Council Chambers in Work Session regarding items for presentation and discussion on such issues that may require in-depth consideration by the City Council.  This is a joint meeting with the Planning and Zoning Commission, and members of the Planning and Zoning Commission may participate in the discussion. No action will be taken by the City Council in Work Session.
 
             
1.   Citizen Comments - According to Lubbock City Council Rules, any citizen wishing to appear before the meeting of the City Council, regarding Item 2., on the Work Session Agenda, shall complete the sign-up form provided at the meeting, no later than 5:30 p.m.
 
2.   Hold a Joint City Council meeting with the Planning and Zoning Commission, to discuss and hear a presentation from staff and Kendig Keast Collaborative on the following: Module 2 of the Unified Development Code, which includes an update to the existing downtown zoning regulations including districts, land use standards, building design, placement, and parking regulations.
